11/8 – Cranford
The Cranford Police Department will conduct a driving while intoxicated (D.W.I.) checkpoint within the Township from 9 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 8 until 3 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 9.
11/1 – Freehold Twp
The Monmouth County DWI Task Force will be conducting a DWI checkpoint in Freehold Township on Friday, DWI Task Force Coordinator Michael Schneider said.
10/26 – Jersey City/Hoboken
The sheriff’s office will be cracking down on drivers impaired by alcohol or drugs Saturday, Oct. 26, by conducting a DWI checkpoint in the area of Paterson Plank Road and Hope Street near the Jersey City/Hoboken border.

The Monmouth County DWI Task Force will be conducting a DWI checkpoint in Wall this weekend, DWI Task Force Coordinator Michael Schneider said.
10/4 – Middletown
The Monmouth County DWI Task Force will once again be conducting a DWI checkpoint this weekend, and this time it’s in Middletown.
9/27 – Marlboro
The Monmouth County DWI Task Force will be conducting a DWI checkpoint on Friday, Task Force Coordinator Michael Schneider said.
9/20 – Bayonne
A DWI checkpoint will be in place in the area of Kennedy Boulevard and 39th Street in Bayonne on Friday.
9/13 – Harrison
The Hudson County Sheriff’s Office will host a driving while intoxicated (DWI) checkpoint at the intersection of Frank E. Rodgers Boulevard and Essex Street in Harrison on Friday.
8/31 – Spring Lake
The checkpoint will be in Spring Lake Saturday, beginning at 10 p.m. and running until 2 a.m. Sunday.
8/30 – Marlboro
The checkpoint will be Friday night on Rt. 9 in Marlboro. The checkpoint will run from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m.
8/24 – Wall Township
The checkpoint will be in Wall Twp. on Saturday, Aug. 24. The checkpoint will begin at 10 p.m. – 2 a.m. Sunday morning.
8/23 – Neptune City
The checkpoint will be in Neptune City, on Friday, Aug. 23. The checkpoint will begin at 10 p.m. and run until 2 a.m. on Saturday morning.
8/17 – Sea Bright
The checkpoint will be in Sea Bright and will begin at 10 p.m. Saturday, August 17 and run until 2 a.m. on Sunday, August 18.
8/16 – Middletown
The checkpoint will be in Middletown, beginning at 9 p.m. on Friday, August 16 and will run until 1 a.m. on Saturday, August 17.
8/10 – Allenhurst
The Monmouth County DWI Task Force will be conducting a DWI checkpoint this weekend in Allenhurst.
8/2 – Howell Township
The Monmouth County DWI Task Force has announced it will conduct an impaired driver checkpoint Friday in Howell Township.
7/27 – Ventnor
Ventnor police will conduct a DWI checkpoint on Atlantic Avenue late Saturday evening.
7/27 – Spring Lake Heights
The checkpoint will be Saturday, July 27 from 9 p.m.-1 a.m. in Spring Lake Heights. All southbound vehicles on Rt. 71 will be diverted at Passaic Avenue, where all drivers will be screened for their sobriety.
7/26 – Deal
The checkpoint will be on Friday, July 26, from 9 p.m. – 1 a.m. in Deal. All northbound vehicles on Ocean Avenue will be diverted into the Deal casino parking lot, where all drivers will be screened for their sobriety.
7/25 – Jersey City
The Hudson County Sheriff’s Office will be cracking down on drivers impaired by alcohol or drugs on Thursday, July 25th, by conducting a DWI Checkpoint in the area of Kennedy Blvd and Manhattan Ave in Jersey City.
7/20 – Sea Girt
The checkpoint will be in Sea Girt from 9 p.m. on Saturday to 1 a.m. on Sunday.
7/19 – Monmouth Beach
The checkpoint will be in Monmouth Beach from 10 p.m. on Friday to 2 a.m. on Saturday.
7/13 – Hazlet
The checkpoint will be Saturday night (July 13) in Hazlet. Beginning at 10 p.m. and ending at 2 a.m., all eastbound cars on Rt. 36 will be diverted into the At Home Recreation Center, where all drivers will be screened for sobriety.
7/12 – West Long Branch
The checkpoint will be on Friday night (July 12) in West Long Branch. Starting at 10 p.m. and ending at 2 a.m., all drivers on Rt. 36 westbound will be diverted into the Monmouth Corporate Center, where drivers will be screened for sobriety.
7/5 – Wall
A drunken driving checkpoint will be set up on Route 138 on Friday night to screen motorists for their sobriety, according to the Monmouth County DWI Task Force.
6/27 – Various Towns in Monmouth County
More DWI checkpoints are scheduled in New Jersey this week in an effort to address public safety.
6/21 – Linwood
Linwood Police plan to hold a DWI checkpoint this Friday, June 21. The police aren’t saying the exact times of the checkpoint; they are only saying that it will be in the evening hours.
6/21 – Brielle
There will be a DWI checkpoint on Rt. 71 South in Brielle this Friday evening, June 21.
6/14 – Shrewsbury
The Monmouth County DWI Task Force will be conducting another checkpoint this weekend, this time in Shrewsbury.
6/8 – Colts Neck
The checkpoint will be run from 9 p.m. Saturday to 1 a.m. Sunday on Rt. 34 northbound, announced the Monmouth County DWI Task Force, which is made up of police officers from various towns across the county.
5/31 – Ocean Township
The Monmouth County DWI Task Force will be conducting a checkpoint on Friday, May 31, in Ocean Township.
5/31 – Newark
The Department of Public Safety at New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) will conduct a driving while intoxicated checkpoint on a street along the west side of the university’s Newark campus.
5/24 – Freehold Township
On Friday, May 24, in Freehold Township, on Rt. 9. from 10 p.m. Friday to 2 a.m. Saturday, all northbound vehicles will be diverted into Juniper Plaza.
5/17 – Neptune Township
Monmouth County’s first DWI checkpoint of the year will be this Friday night, May 17.
3/29 – Jersey City
The Hudson County Sheriff’s will be cracking down on drivers impaired by alcohol or drugs on Friday, March 29th.
2/24 – Jersey City Heights
The Hudson County Sheriff’s Office will be cracking down on drivers impaired by alcohol or drugs on Saturday, Feb. 24 in Jersey City Heights, they said.
12/29 – Hoboken/Jersey City
The Hudson County Sheriff’s Office, Jersey City Police Department and Hoboken Police Department will conduct a DWI checkpoint on Paterson Plank Road Friday night into Saturday morning, the Sheriff’s Office has announced.

The Monmouth County DWI Task Force will conduct a DWI checkpoint this Friday, Sept. 13 in Sea Bright, looking for drivers under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Saturday, 9/7 – Howell
Beginning the next night at 11 p.m., Howell police officers will coordinate with task force members to pull northbound cars off Route 9 into the parking lot of Regal Plaza to make sure drivers are not under the influence of drugs or alcohol, Schneider said.
Friday, 9/6 – Eatontown
From 9 p.m. Friday until 1 a.m. Saturday task force members and Eatontown police officers will divert westbound motorists off Route 36 into the parking lot of a Motor Vehicle Commission office to run sobriety checks, Schneider said.
Saturday, 8/31 – Wall
The Wall checkpoint will last from 10 p.m. Saturday to 2 a.m. Sunday, Schneider said. All westbound vehicles traveling on Route 138 will be stopped and drivers checked for sobriety.
Friday, 8/30 – Keyport
The Keyport checkpoint will last from 10 p.m. Friday to 2 a.m. Saturday, according to Allenhurst Police Chief Michael Schneider, coordinator of the Monmouth County DWI Task Force. All southbound vehicles on Route 36 will be stopped and drivers checked for sobriety.

Authorities will conduct a DWI checkpoint on Friday night in Oceanport. The checkpoint runs from 9 p.m. Friday through 1 a.m. Saturday on Oceanport Avenue.
Saturday, 8/17 – Toms River
Troopers “will set up a sobriety checkpoint on Saturday, August 17, in the Toms River Township, Ocean County area,” Trooper Alejandro Goez wrote in a prepared statement.

The Monmouth County DWI Task Force will run a checkpoint from 9 p.m. Friday until 1 a.m. Saturday on Ocean Avenue in Monmouth Beach, according to Allenhurst police Chief Michael B. Schneider.

The Monmouth County DWI Task Force will run a sobriety checkpoint on Route 71 in Bradley Beach Friday night and Saturday morning, according to Allenhurst police Chief Michael B. Schneider, the task force’s coordinator.
The Keansburg checkpoint will run from 10:30 p.m. Saturday until 2:30 a.m. Sunday at a Family Dollar Store on Route 36, Schneider said.
