El Señor Frederick P. Sisto se graduó de la Universidad de Rutgers y la Escuela de Derecho de Rutgers con honores, siendo reconocido por sus méritos acedémicos en la lista del decano y por su servicio distinguido. Durante el mismo año fue admitido al Bar de Nueva Jersey. El Sr. Sisto sirvió como abogado pasante para la Honorable Juez (luego Justicia) Jane Cutler Greenspan del Tribunal de Alegatos Comunes de Filadelfia y del Tribunal Supremo de Pensilvania.

Como muchos abogados litigantes consumados el Señor Sisto empezó su carrera legal como abogado de la Oficina del Defensor Público. Su práctica privada fue fundada en 2009. El Sr. Sisto ha manejado exitosamente casos que varían desde ofensas relacionadas con tránsito vehicular y penalizaciones por drogas, hasta casos de crímenes mayores, incluyendo homicidio.

Durante sus estudios en Rutgers, el Señor Sisto tomó sucesivas clases de español y estudió en la Universidad de Valencia en España, lo que le ha permitido a la fecha dominar el idioma español. Desde el 2008 el Sr. Sisto ha dado cátedras en derecho y procedimientos penales en el Ocean County College.

Fred era un Campeón Estatal de Nueva Jersey en el tenis. Recientemente, el corrió y completó la 26,2 millas Maratón de Nueva Orleans.
